HOW I work
Each situation is different. My involvement depends on the nature of the mandate, the context in which it arises, and the needs of the individuals or organizations involved.
I typically work with a limited number of engagements at any given time, allowing me to remain fully involved in the situations where I am asked to contribute.
Engagements generally take one of the following forms;
Mandates & Advisory
Strategic Mandates
In some cases, I am asked to support investors, founders, or leadership teams on specific initiatives requiring clarity, coordination, and forward momentum.
These mandates often involve complex projects, cross-border environments, or situations where strategic direction and execution must move in parallel.
My role may include structuring initiatives, supporting decision-making, or working alongside the client’s team to help move a project or organization forward.
Special Situations
Occasionally I am brought into situations that have become complex, sensitive, or stalled. These may involve difficult stakeholder dynamics, challenging negotiations, or projects that require a fresh perspective and structured intervention.
In these contexts, my role is to help restore clarity, structure options, and support the path toward resolution or progress.
Long-Term Advisory
Some clients prefer to establish an ongoing advisory relationship. In these engagements, I act as a trusted external advisor, supporting founders, investors, or leadership teams through regular discussions and strategic reflection over time.
This form of engagement allows for continuity and thoughtful support through different phases of a project or organization.
Individual engagements
Thinking Partner
At times, leaders seek a confidential space to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and think through complex decisions. In this role, I act as a thinking partner to founders, investors, and executives who value an external perspective grounded in experience.
These conversations are often informal but focused, and can be particularly valuable during moments of transition or strategic reflection.
Executive Coaching
In select cases, I work one-on-one with founders and senior leaders seeking structured reflection on leadership, decision-making, or personal positioning.
Drawing on my training as an Executive Coach, these engagements provide a focused space for deeper conversations around leadership challenges, responsibilities, and clarity of direction.
Each engagement is structured according to the specific context of the situation.
If you are exploring a potential collaboration or would like to discuss a mandate, feel free to get in touch.
